Household chores pretty much bite the big one, and Teri from Piccolina Designs brings us a way to make them just a little bit better. She actually Mod Podged a broom for her daughter because the little one kept taking hers, which I think is really cute. I've noticed my friends' children prefer household items like Tupperware and pots over toys . . . what is that all about?
Visit Teri here to tell her you love the broom, and then go Mod Podge your vacuum and Lysol wipes jar so your kids will want to use those too.

A very cretive idea!
I have no kids of my own but my 2 y.o. nephew George enjoys "playing" with the broom, vacuum and pots and pans - I encourage him every change I get -my sister has threathened a child labor law suit, but perhaps modpodging his "toys" will help my case! heeheehee (LOVE IT!)
I have been wanting to ModPoge a broom. Hers turned out darling! ModPoge really does rock!

I knew my broom was missing something. Now I know! Thanks! :)
OH, I am SO doing this!
Hey, I figure if you have to do "chores" you might as well do them in style. Very smart.

I love this idea and think that my broom needs some sprucing up so you just may see another mod podged broom before long!
Just found your site. I have a mod podge basic question since I'm new to it... Q. If I'm only mod podging part of the project, do I still need to coat ALL the painted parts to make it have an even finish? I'm guessing I do.
