I've had people ask me about Mod Podging plates before, and it's definitely possible, as you can see from this project at Diary of a Mad Crafter. It's the polka dot one in particular that drew me in. It happens every time! I love the technique she used to get the paper to fold over on the edges, so you'll need to pay a visit to see the tutorial. You can do it, I promise!
