I like unique ideas for pumpkins, don't you? Sure, you can carve a pumpkin every year, but what about those pumpkins that keep on giving? If you have a bit of scrap wood, some paint, paper and Mod Podge, you too can have a bitty little scrap wood pumpkin to decorate your house year after year. I love Meredith's orange - I might also give teal a try, you know, just for fun. Take peek at Meredith's blog for the full how-to. And for the stems, you might have to drink a bit of wine. I'm just sayin.'

Thanks so much for featuring my little pumpkin, Amy!! You totally made my day :o)
That's so cute! I'm going to have to ask neighbors for corks, we don't have any around here...
I did my own little variation of this pumkin this weekend. I had 2x2's laying around, had my hubby cut them for me, glued them together with a clamp and then painted the burnt orange. The seams of the pumkin I glittered with an orange glitter and painted my corks green. So cute!! Going to do a few more for the neighbors this next weekend.
